try this technique step by step:
1.use firefox browser and install the firefox addon Phzilla (help me installing addon)
2.for a blocked site like http://www.youtube.com , u can unblock it by clicking the phzilla icon (found on the right in address bar on mouse over or bottom right corner of the firefox)
